Shipping

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Returns

RETURNS OF PURCHASED ITEMS SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO US, INCLUDING ALL PACKAGING AND WITH TRACES OF USE. THE CUSTOMER WILL BARE ALL SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, AS WELL AS THE PAYMENT FEE FROM THE PAYPAL PAYMENTS.
THE RETURN OF SALES WILL BE REJECTED, IF:
• THERE ARE TRACES OF USE
• THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND MANUALS.
• THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED DUE TO TRANSPORTATION

NO COSTS WILL BE COVERED IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEM GOES MISSING DURING THE RETURN SHIPPING. WE RECOMMEND SENDING THE GOODS USING A TRACK & TRACE SHIPPING SERVICE. WE DO NOT REFOUND COSTS FOR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS.
